sorry I didn't write yesterday. It has been an incredibly busy and stressful weekend for me. My grandfather has been admitted to an ICU and I'm still attempting to control my own pain levels. Nonetheless there will be lots of running around going on this week between getting Papa settled, my own pain, going back to work this week, and the doctor on Thursday.
If there is one thing I do believe it's that stress makes endo worse. I've had increasing pain since last week from either doing too much or worrying about school and what I should be doing that I still cant. Everyone says to stay calm but it's just so hard for me.
Any advice? feel free to let me know what you do to destress. Although my goal is to not be as stressed anymore cause this painful mentally and physically unfortunately.
