I am constantly reminded that I am not alone even though I may feel it in my head at times. I learned new ways to cope and communicate with my friends and family to help them understand my pain better and found comfort in speaking to this group. They are all so kind, caring, and willing to help each other. Something awful may have brought us together, but you would never know from the laughs we shared over our snacks today.
Endo is hard and tricky like I had posted to facebook the other day. It is physically and mentally debilitating depending on the day. Everyone has their own battles to face but educating, learning from one another, and telling our stories create a bond that cannot be broken by the disease we share in common.
I always stress how big support is and if you can find a group that shares your feelings that's even better. The Endo Warriors group is currently doing an EndoBuddy sign-up. so be sure to check it out. It is so important to be able to open up about your feelings and symptoms and is truly special to have someone that understands.
